“In learning the fine arts of Yoga, we navigate the realms of thoughts, feelings and emotions. Breath, as the key to unlock the secret within, we see joy and beauty in all”.
Jaclyn

Yoga jəʊgə/ is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline while Hatha Yoga includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Hatha Yoga is widely practised for health and relaxation.

According to the Light on Hatha Yoga, in order to purify the mind, it is necessary for the body as a whole to undergo a process of absolute purification. When we clear the body of the six impurities, the energies move like wave frequencies throughout the channels within the physical structure, moving right up to the brain.

The main objective of Hatha Yoga is to create an absolute balance of the interacting activities and processes of the physical body, mind and energy.

Ultimately, the objective of Hatha Yoga is to experience Yoga.

*All forms of physical yoga is considered Hatha Yoga, regardless of the styles and manner. In the 20th century, hatha yoga, particularly asanas (the physical postures), became popular throughout the world as physical exercises, and is now colloquially termed "yoga".
