What do we teach
At Peace Love Yoga, we teach Hatha yoga ranging from beginners to advanced levels. Whether its a flowy or a static practice, we emphasise on teaching proper execution of yoga postures in terms of alignment, breath and comfortability. This is to make sure that you are able to obtain optimum therapeutic benefits of the postures and at the same time achieving a great body and mind 'workout'.
We believed that there is no 'one type suits all' practice as each individual is unique. With our knowledge of traditional and contemporary styles of Yoga, we allow you to explore various styles and methods that empower you to find your own practice according to your own needs, body conditions and capabilities.
